ALODOKTER is looking for doctors to participate in our community and join our team of 700+ doctors answering questions from our users on our website and mobile app. Our objective is not to make online consultation but to provide the right information to our members so they can make the best decision for their health.
What Will You Do:
Answer questions from our users
Provide comprehensive and easy-to-understand information and recommendation to our users based on scientific sources
Maintain our insurance policyholders’ cases
Participate in our doctor community
Share knowledge with all our team of doctors
Working in a shift-based (4 hours/shift) of minimum 24 hours/week in Alodokter Office
What We Are Looking For:
Degree in Medicine required
Excellent medical knowledge
Ability to read English medical sources
Ability to explain complex scientific information in easily understandable language
Good Indonesian writing skills
Show professionalism and genuine care in answering our users' questions
Experience as an interactive medical advisor is a plus
