Reduksi Tertutup Dislokasi Bahu: Rekomendasi Waktu

Reduksi tertutup pada kasus dislokasi bahu umumnya direkomendasi untuk dilakukan secara cepat tanpa penundaan. Penundaan reduksi tertutup ini dilaporkan berhubungan dengan angka keberhasilan reduksi yang lebih rendah.[1,2]

Dislokasi bahu merupakan kejadian dislokasi tertinggi di antara sendi tubuh lainnya. Jenis dislokasi bahu terbanyak adalah dislokasi bahu anterior. Berdasarkan etiologi, penyebab dislokasi bahu tersering adalah trauma, baik akibat jatuh atau terbentur pada area bahu maupun akibat tarikan sendi bahu berlebihan.[1,2]

Pasien yang lebih muda memiliki frekuensi redislokasi yang lebih tinggi, yang mungkin disebabkan oleh tingkat aktivitas yang lebih tinggi. Pasien dengan riwayat dislokasi bahu lebih rentan mengalami redislokasi. Redislokasi terjadi akibat jaringan yang tidak sembuh dengan baik atau kelemahan jaringan pada sendi bahu. Robekan rotator cuff atau patah tulang glenoid juga meningkatkan risiko redislokasi.[1,3]
