Tekanan Darah Optimal untuk Pasien Intraoperatif

Penting bagi dokter untuk mengetahui tekanan darah yang optimal saat operasi karena anestesi saat operasi dapat menyebabkan terjadinya hipotensi intraoperatif yang berhubungan dengan komplikasi dan mortalitas pasca operasi.

Operasi adalah sebuah tindakan yang menyebabkan stres kepada tubuh. Stres yang terjadi pada tubuh saat operasi dapat dihubungkan dengan kejadian kardiovaskular perioperatif yang tidak diinginkan, contohnya henti jantung dan infark miokard. Faktor yang penting pada stres adalah pengendalian hemodinamika tubuh, karena tekanan darah seseorang yang diberi anestesi dapat berfluktuasi.[1]

Anestesi juga dapat menurunkan tekanan darah menjadi hipotensi melalui beberapa faktor seperti efek langsung dari obat anestesi, penghambatan kerja simpatetik sistem saraf pusat, dan hilangnya refleks baroreseptor untuk mengendalikan tekanan arterial. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk mengetahui kisaran tekanan darah intraoperatif yang optimal.[2]
