Diagnosis Spina Bifida
Diagnosis spina bifida dapat dilakukan sejak janin masih berada dalam kandungan atau setelah bayi lahir, dengan anamnesis, pemeriksaan fisik, dan penunjang.[2-4]
Anamnesis
Pada anamnesis, penting untuk menggali faktor yang diduga merupakan risiko terjadinya spina bifida pada saat kehamilan. Pola makan selama kehamilan, kebiasaan ibu saat hamil, riwayat konsumsi suplemen asam folat, riwayat konsumsi obat antiepilepsi seperti asam valproat, serta riwayat penyakit penyerta yang dialami oleh ibu.
