Diagnosis Hyaline Membrane Disease
Diagnosis hyaline membrane disease (HMD) dicurigai pada bayi prematur dengan takipnea, napas cuping hidung, pernapasan grunting, retraksi dinding dada, dan sianosis. Pemeriksaan radiologi bisa menunjukkan adanya reticulogranula appearance dengan atau tanpa airbronchogram. Analisis gas darah dapat menunjukkan hipoksemia hingga hiperkapnia.[6-8]
Anamnesis
Anamnesis berguna untuk mengetahui fakto risiko terjadinya HMD. Adapun anamnesis yang perlu ditanyakan terkait dengan faktor maternal dan riwayat persalinan.
