Diagnosis Syok Kardiogenik
Diagnosis syok kardiogenik perlu dicurigai pada pasien dengan hipotensi persisten dan tanda hipoperfusi organ seperti penurunan kesadaran, oliguria, atau kulit dingin; yang disertai bukti gangguan fungsi jantung seperti infark miokard akut. Pemeriksaan penunjang laboratorium, elektrokardiografi, dan echocardiography bisa digunakan untuk mengevaluasi penyebab syok.[1-4,7]
Anamnesis
Pada kasus syok kardiogenik, terdapat gejala dan tanda klasik sindrom koroner akut (SKA), seperti nyeri dada, nyeri yang menjalar ke bahu dan lengan kiri, keringat dingin, mual dan muntah yang sifatnya akut. Selain itu, dapat ditemukan adanya gangguan status mental, aritmia, nadi lemah, dyspnea dengan atau tanpa diinduksi aktivitas fisik, dan ortopnea.
